I guarantee that I stand behind each and every purchase and will move mountains to see that any issues be resolved to your satisfaction. There are NO returns or refunds on DVD sales. Should the unusual situation arise where a DVD is damaged in shipping or is not operational, I will deal with each instance on a one to one basis. I do want everyone to view and enjoy my DVDs.

I guarantee that I will deal with pleasant, friendly emails in the same fashion. I also guarantee that I will not deal with emails from argumentative, angry or aggressive buyers who scream with capital letters or use foul language. This does not make for a pleasant business transaction and I just do not engage in negative angry email exchange. Once paid all website sales, private sales and auction wins will be discretely packaged to maintain complete privacy and will be shipped promptly using UPS trackable confirmed delivery. (UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so if you cannot provide a physical street address I will use another method of confirmed delivery.)

Shipping is done at least twice a week, and more often on some occassions. Customized, special, or personalized items that you want well worn may take a little more time before zip locked and shipped. I keep accurate records of all items purchased and shipped. You will always get your items as promised.

Cost of shipping varies by item, weight, packaging and ship to location. My default minimum shipping cost for all items is $6.50 for U.S. delivery; $9.99 for Canadian delivery and $14.99 for International buyers. My preferred shipping method for Continental U.S. delivery is UPS. These amounts will automatically be added to your shopping cart purchases during check out. Final shipping cost is determined by weight, packaging and ship to location.

Shipping may be combined for multiple purchases, custom packages and auction wins. There are occasions where DVDs or items may be held up for one reason or another, usually DVDs are held up due to demand; however as a rule all items are packaged and shipped within 7 business days of your order or sooner.
