Shipping Policy
 Once paid all website sales, private sales and auction wins will be discreetly shipped in water-proof, tear proof poly envelopes or boxes with no distinct visable markings, websites or images. All items are shipped promptly using trackable confirmed delivery.
Shipping is done at least once a week, and more often on some occassions.
Customized, special, or personalized items as well as the availability of certain DVDs may take a little more time before shipping.
I keep accurate records of all items purchased and shipped. You will always get your items as promised. We have been shipping since 2002 and have prefected our system so that we can maintain the reputation with our loyal buyers and earn new ones. I maintain one on one communications with all buyers.
Cost of shipping varies by item, weight, packaging and ship to location. My default minimum shipping cost for all items is $6.75 for U.S. delivery; $11.00 for Canadian delivery and $15.99 for International buyers. Actual shipping cost are determined by weight, size of package and ship to location
There are no refunds on DVDs, damaged DVDs or rare instance where a DVD may not play properly will be replaced. The duplication system we have is mult-pass and digitally scans and checks every DVD for errors and perfect play before leaving here. We have not had a DVD returned for not working in over 2 years! But shit happens and when it does, we fix it!
